TI PUNCH DU QUÉBEC
A Quebec variant of the famous cocktail from the French West Indies: The Ti'Punch... In this version of the cocktail, we find Canadian maple syrup instead of traditional sugar.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz French Agricole Rum
- 0.5 Oz Mapple Syrup
- 0.5 Oz Lime juice
Cocktail directions
- In a glass, pour the rum and maple syrup, stirring gently with a spoon.
- Squeeze the lime wedge into the ti-punch and place it in the glass.
Cocktail service
Serve without ice cubes.
Served in a punch glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate the glass with a few mint leaves!
