SOUPE CHAMPENOISE
Variant of champagne soup or even Angevin soup, this very festive cocktail is even better very chilled. No need to choose a high-end champagne, but don't choose a champagne that's too bad all the same!
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Grand Marnier
- 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup
- 2.5 Oz Champagne
Cocktail directions
- Last minute preparation.
- Pour the ingredients directly into the glass and finish by topping off with chilled champagne.
Cocktail service
Use a well-shaken (very chilled) champagne!
Served in a champagne flute.
Bartender's tips
Generally this cocktail is made in large quantities in a large punch cup or in a salad bowl. Then use a ladle for quantities and for serving. (1 ladle of each ingredient for a bottle of champagne)
