Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Orange juice
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 3 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 1 Yellow Egg

• 1.5 Oz Orange juice
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Grenadine
• 1 Yellow Egg

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Orange juice, Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine, Yellow Egg.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a slice of orange, a piece of pineapple and a candied cherry. During the Prohibition era, Inspector Jonhson, nicknamed "PUSSYFOOT", was famous for the number of distilleries and illegal alcohol depots he discovered and destroyed. in his honor, a New York bartender created the ?PUSSYFOOT Johnson? cocktail, without alcohol, of course!
