CLOVER CLUB
The origin of this cocktail remains a mystery. Its name doesn't help as there are many American bars called "Clover Club".
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Gin
- 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoon of Grenadine Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Cocktail directions
- Shake the ingredients in a shaker, then strain into the glass.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
