PARADIS DU CITRON

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• Quelques Raspberries
• 7 cl. Water
• 1,5 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 2 cl. Green Mint Syrup

• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• Quelques Raspberries
• 2.5 Oz Water
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Green Mint Syrup

Cocktail directions

• Add the lemon juice.
• Add the mint syrup then the cane sugar syrup.
• Add the ice cubes, raspberries, water and lime syrup.

Cocktail service

Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a slice of lemon cut in half.
