MILLIONAIRE
This traditional sour has been around since Prohibition. Ideal for bourbon lovers and those who like stronger cocktails, the Millionaire includes pastis or absinthe for the extra kick and egg white for an unforgettable texture.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 2 Oz Bourbon
- 0.5 Oz Grand Marnier
- 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 Oz Grenadine Syrup
- 1/2 Egg White
- 1 Pinch of Nutmeg
Cocktail directions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake (without ice) to froth the egg white.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 5 seconds.
- Place everything in a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Cocktail service
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
Bartender's tips
Grate a little nutmeg over the glass.
