Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• Quelques Wild Strawberry
• 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
• 5 cl. Rosé Champagne
• 1 cl. Indian Tonic
• 1 cl. Lemonade
• Crushed Ice

• Quelques Wild Strawberry
• 1 Pinch of Cinnamon
• 1.5 Oz Rosé Champagne
• 0.5 Oz Indian Tonic
• 0.5 Oz Lemonade
• Crushed Ice

Cocktail directions

• Pour the Indian tonic and wild strawberries into the shaker.
• Add the lemonade and pink champagne directly to the cocktail glass.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with crushed ice and cinnamon.
Pour with the rest of the cocktail.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with cinnamon, a small tropical-colored umbrella and add a straw!
