MADELEINE SHOT
The subtle blend of ingredients in this "Madeleine" cocktail comes close to the taste of your mother's real and classic madeleine... A Proust Madeleine cocktail, worth trying!
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 0.5 Oz Amaretto
- 0.5 Oz Coffee Liquor
- 0.2 Oz Triple Sec
- 1 Dash of Cointreau
- 0.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
Cocktail directions
- Put ice cubes in a shaker.
- Pour in the Amaretto liqueur, coffee liqueur, triple sec and a dash of Cointreau.
- Add the pineapple juice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Cocktail service
Serve in shot glasses.
It is possible to multiply the proportions in the shaker to make several Madeleine shots at once.
