Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lemon Juice
• 6 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 Yellow Egg

• 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 2 Oz Sugar syrup
• 1 Yellow Egg

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Lemon Juice, Sugar syrup, Yellow Egg.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a tumbler.
Serve with a straw.
