Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Vanilla Syrup
• 8 cl. Pineapple Juice

• 0.5 Oz Vanilla Syrup
• 2.5 Oz Pineapple Juice

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a shaker with the vanilla syrup, coconut cream and rum; shake it all up.
• Put ice cubes in a cocktail glass and pour, filtering, the contents of the shaker.
• Then add the pineapple juice.
• And finally, with a spoon, slowly pour in the curaçao.

Cocktail service

Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with pineapple slice.
