Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 3 cl. Dark Rum
• 20 cl. Milk

• 1 Egg
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Oz Dark Rum
• 7 Oz Milk

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Egg, Sugar, Dark Rum, Milk.

Cocktail service

In the mixing glass.
Serve in a tumbler.
Add the hot milk.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
