Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Vodka
• 2 cl. Cointreau
• 2 cl. Dark Rum
• 2 cl. Lime
• 10 cl. Ginger Beer
• 1 Pinch of Brown Sugar

• 1.5 Oz Vodka
• 0.5 Oz Cointreau
• 0.5 Oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 Oz Lime
• 3.5 Oz Ginger Beer
• 1 Pinch of Brown Sugar

Cocktail directions

• Put 3-4 ice cubes in a shaker Pour the vodka, Cointreau, dark rum then the lemon juice before shaking Add the ginger beer and a pinch of brown sugar

Cocktail service

Serve in a cocktail glass.
