Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 5 cl. Rum
• 15 cl. Pineapple Juice

• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 1.5 Oz Rum
• 5 Oz Pineapple Juice

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a glass.
• Pour in the rum, curaçao and cane sugar syrup.
• Add the pineapple juice.
• Mix well with a spoon.

Cocktail service

Directly in the glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a piece of pineapple slice on the rim!
