GIN BASIL SMASH

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Gin
• 2 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup

• 1.5 Oz Gin
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup

Cocktail directions

• Place the basil and lemon juice in the shaker and shake with the gin, sugar syrup and ice cubes.
• Then strain into a Tumbler glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
• For the garnish, we use a sprig of basil.

Cocktail service

With a handful of basil leaves

Served in a Collins glass.
