For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1,5 cl. Anisette
• 1,5 cl. Strawberry Liquor
• 1,5 cl. Pear Liquor
• 4 cl. Gin
• Brut Champagne

• 0.5 Oz Anisette
• 0.5 Oz Strawberry Liquor
• 0.5 Oz Pear Liquor
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• Brut Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Anisette, Strawberry Liquor, Pear Liquor, Gin and fill the glass with Brut Champagne.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a flute.
Fill with champagne.
