Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Egg White
• 1/5 Fresh Cream
• 2/5 Sloe-gin
• 2/5 Gin
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Water

• 1 Egg White
• 1/5 Fresh Cream
• 2/5 Sloe-gin
• 2/5 Gin
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Water

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a mixing glass with ice.
• Fill a large glass two-thirds full.
• Add very cold sparkling water and shake gently.

Cocktail service

Serve with a piece of grapefruit peel.

Served in a Collins glass.
