BRANDY FLIP
A flip by definition is egg-based but not Crème de fraiche. Attention purists...
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 2 Oz Brandy
- 0.5 Oz Fresh Cream
- 1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
- 1 Yellow Egg
Cocktail directions
- Shake all the ingredients vigorously in a shaker.
- Pour and sprinkle.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
