For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 4 cl. Cognac

• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1 Yellow Egg
• 1.5 Oz Cognac

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Sugar, Yellow Egg, Cognac.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice.
Serve in a tumbler.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
