BLUE LAGOON LONGDRINK
The Blue Lagoon is a cocktail made only with vodka, blue curaçao and lemon juice. It was created by Andy Mac Elhone at Harry's New York Bar in Paris in the 1960s. It is partly famous for its blue color, brought by curaçao. Here it is in a long drink version, topped with lemonade rather than lemon juice.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1 Oz Blue Curacao
- 1 Oz Vodka
- Lemonade
Cocktail directions
- Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Blue Curacao, Vodka and fill the glass with Lemonade.
Cocktail service
Serve in a tumbler with ice.
