BLUE HAWAIIAN
Smooth cocktail based on rum, coconut and pineapple not to be confused with the Hawaiian based on gin or the pina-colada, without Curaçao.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz White Rum
- 0.5 Oz Blue Curacao
- 1.5 Oz Coconut Milk
- 2.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
Cocktail directions
- Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into the glass filled with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Cocktail service
In a shaker with ice cubes.
Served in a wine glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate the glass with a slice of pineapple cut into 4!
