BISHOP CUP
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 5 Oz Red Port Wine
- 1/2 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Lemons
- 10 Cloves
- 4 Oz Water
- 2 Dashes of Cognac
- 2 Tablespoon of Sugar
Cocktail directions
- Prick one of the lemons with the cloves.
- Cook it gently in an oven over medium heat.
- Place the water, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
- Add the port and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Before boiling, pour everything into a preheated punch container.
- Add the lemon and the cognac.
- Serve very hot.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in a Collins glass.
