Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

Cocktail directions

  • Prick one of the lemons with the cloves.
  • Cook it gently in an oven over medium heat.
  • Place the water, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce by half.
  • Add the port and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Before boiling, pour everything into a preheated punch container.
  • Add the lemon and the cognac.
  • Serve very hot.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.
