CHAMPAGNE JULEP

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Dash of Sugar Cane Syrup
• 1 Dash of Sugar Cane Syrup
• 2 cl. Cognac
• Champagne

• 1 Dash of Sugar Cane Syrup
• 1 Dash of Sugar Cane Syrup
• 0.5 Oz Cognac
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Crush a few drops of water, the mint and the sugar with the pestle of the cocktail spoon.
• Fill with crushed ice and add a glass of Cognac.
• Fill with champagne.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a champagne flute.
