Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Brandy
• 2 cl. Dry vermouth
• 2 cl. Orange juice
• 2 Dashes of Grenadine Syrup
• 2 Dashes of White Mint Cream
• 1 cl. Red Port Wine

• 1.5 Oz Brandy
• 0.5 Oz Dry vermouth
• 0.5 Oz Orange juice
• 2 Dashes of Grenadine Syrup
• 2 Dashes of White Mint Cream
• 0.5 Oz Red Port Wine

Cocktail directions

• Shake the ingredients (except the port) in a shaker, then strain into a chilled glass.
• Add the port.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.
