Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Imperial Mandarine
• 3 cl. Raspberry Cream
• 3 cl. Cointreau
• 6 cl. Orange juice
• 1/2 Orange Slices
• 4 cl. Cold Mint Infusion

• 1 Oz Imperial Mandarine
• 1 Oz Raspberry Cream
• 1 Oz Cointreau
• 2 Oz Orange juice
• 1/2 Orange Slices
• 1.5 Oz Cold Mint Infusion

Cocktail directions

• Pour the imperial mandarin, Cointreau, raspberry cream and orange juice, cold mint infusion, and stir everything leaving a light and gradient

Cocktail service

Pour into a hurricane glass filled 2 thirds with ice cubes.

Served in a Martini cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Garnish with a mint leaf and half an orange slice.
