• 1,5 cl. Peach Cream
• 3 cl. Parfait Amour
• 3 cl. Gin
• 1 Dash of Angostura

• 0.5 Oz Peach Cream
• 1 Oz Parfait Amour
• 1 Oz Gin
• 1 Dash of Angostura

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Peach Cream, Parfait Amour, Gin, Angostura.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Shake very hard with ice cubes and serve in the glass decorated with a fluted lemon slice and a cherry.
