Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Passoa
• 4 cl. Pineapple Juice

• 1.5 Oz Passoa
• 1.5 Oz Pineapple Juice

Cocktail directions

• Pour into a shaker with Ice, pour into a large champagne flute (without Ice) and top with peach sparkling wine (previously cooled).
• As a garnish on the edge of the glass, a thin slice of peach cut into the shape of a heart.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.
