TROPICAL WINTER

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Cuban Rum
• 14 cl. Passion Fruit Juice
• 14 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Cinnamon syrup

• 1.5 Oz Cuban Rum
• 4.5 Oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 4.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Cinnamon syrup

Cocktail directions

• Pour in the passion fruit juice, pineapple juice and cinnamon syrup.
• Reheat everything slightly.
• Add the Cuban rum.

Cocktail service

Put the cinnamon stick as a ?stirrer? in the glass, let it infuse for a few minutes.

Served in a mug.

Bartender's tips

You can add some passion fruit seeds.
