For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Blackcurrant Cream
• 2 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 3 cl. Cognac
• 4 cl. Orange juice

• 0.5 Oz Blackcurrant Cream
• 0.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 1 Oz Cognac
• 1.5 Oz Orange juice

Cocktail directions

• Put all the cocktail ingredients in the right order : Blackcurrant Cream, Grapefruit juice, Cognac, Orange juice.

Cocktail service

In a shaker.
Serve in a cocktail glass.
Add the crème de cassis.
