SYNAPSON

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Cognac
• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup

• 1.5 Oz Cognac
• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar syrup

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in a shaker.
• Pour in the cognac, crème de cassis, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
• Shake hard for 10 seconds.
• Serve in a cocktail glass.

Cocktail service

In a shaker with ice cubes.
Serve in a cocktail glass.

Bartender's tips

Garnish with 1 slice of lemon, or with 1 bunch of blackcurrants.
