Spicy Lemon Cocktail

SPICY LEMON

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Lime juice
• 2 cl. Spicy Syrup by Monin
• 5 cl. Passion Fruit Juice
• 4 cl. Lemonade

• 1 Oz Lime juice
• 0.5 Oz Spicy Syrup by Monin
• 1.5 Oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 1.5 Oz Lemonade

Cocktail directions

• Put ice cubes in the shaker then add the following ingredients: lime juice, spicy Monin syrup, passion fruit juice then shake

Cocktail service

Put ice cubes in the glass then filter the mixture into the glass

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with 1/2 passion fruit or cinnamon bark
