SOUTHERN JULEP

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 10 cl. Sparkling Water
• 10 cl. Whiskey
• Sugar
• 2-3 Mint Leaves

• 3.5 Oz Sparkling Water
• 3.5 Oz Whiskey
• Sugar
• 2-3 Mint Leaves

Cocktail directions

• Prepare directly in a glass half filled with crushed ice in which we have put a few mint leaves.
• Mix gently for quite a long time.
• Decorate with a sprig of mint.

Cocktail service

Served in a Collins glass.
