Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• Champagne
• 3 cl. Raspberry Liquor
• 2 cl. Lemon Juice
• 2 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup
• 6 Raspberries

• Champagne
• 1 Oz Raspberry Liquor
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup
• 6 Raspberries

Cocktail directions

• Mix 6 fresh raspberries with 2 ice cubes to obtain a granita.
• In a flute, pour 3 cl of raspberry liqueur, 1.5 cl of lemon juice and 1.5 cl of cane syrup.
• Add the granita and complete with very chilled champagne.

Cocktail service

Served in a champagne flute.
