RICARD JULEP
A simple and quick cocktail to make which can be a good idea to give a nice atmosphere to your aperitifs.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Pernod
- 1 Dash of Sugar syrup
- 1 Dash of Sugar syrup
Cocktail directions
- Crush the mint in the shaker then add the rest of the ingredients and shake.
- Strain, then serve over crushed ice.
Cocktail service
With a shaker.
Served in an old-fashioned glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with some mint leaves.
