RHUM AU BEURRE
This cocktail is best served on cool evenings.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Dark Rum
- 1 Noix Butter
- 2 à 3 Pincées Cinnamon Powder
- 2 à 3 Pincées Caster Sugar
- Hot Water
Cocktail directions
- Put the knob of butter, cinnamon and sugar in the glass.
- Add the rum, then complete with boiling water.
- Stir and serve.
Cocktail service
Directly into the glass.
Served in a Collins glass.
