REGATE
A French creation in honor of the La Baule sailing races.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Gin
- 1 Oz Imperial Mandarine
- 0.5 Oz Dry vermouth
- 0.5 Oz Banana Liquor
Cocktail directions
- Stir with ice and serve without straining.
- Add a mint leaf.
Cocktail service
With a mixing glass.
Served in a Collins glass.
Bartender's tips
Serve with a slice of lemon.
