Punch Halloween Cocktail

PUNCH HALLOWEEN

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 2 cl. White Rum
• 2 cl. Amber Rum
• 2 cl. Passion Fruit Juice
• 2 cl. Guava Liqueur
• 2 cl. Banana Juice
• 1 Dash of Lime juice
• 1 Pinch of Vanilla
• 1 Dash of Grenadine Syrup

• 0.5 Oz White Rum
• 0.5 Oz Amber Rum
• 0.5 Oz Passion Fruit Juice
• 0.5 Oz Guava Liqueur
• 0.5 Oz Banana Juice
• 1 Dash of Lime juice
• 1 Pinch of Vanilla
• 1 Dash of Grenadine Syrup

Cocktail directions

• To prepare in a bowl (allow 1 liter of each juice + between 30 and 50 cl of white rum and between 30 and 50 cl of amber rum, depending on the desired strength) or by the glass.
• Add all the juice and the rum, add a pinch of vanilla and lastly add a dash of grenadine for a bloody, Halloween-special effect!

Cocktail service

On the rocks ! If you serve in a bowl, you can chill a plastic glove filled with water (+ grenadine) for a spooky ?floating hand? effect!

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a pitted lychee, filled with a black grape to create a false ?eye? to put in the glass!

If you can, macerate the punch 24 hours in advance, so that the flavors and vanilla diffuse well!
