Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 Dash of Red Curaçao
• 1 Dash of Marasquin
• 1 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 cl. Orange juice
• 1 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 3 cl. French Agricole Rum
• 0,5 cl. Dark Rum

• 1 Dash of Red Curaçao
• 1 Dash of Marasquin
• 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Oz Orange juice
• 0.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 Oz French Agricole Rum
• 0.2 Oz Dark Rum

Cocktail directions

• Pour in all the ingredients and stir.
• Finish with a dash of amber rum.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a pineapple wedge studded with two brandied cherries.
