Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Horchata Syrup
• 1 Egg
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream

• 2 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Horchata Syrup
• 1 Egg
• 1 Scoop of Vanilla ice cream

Cocktail directions

• Whisk in the pineapple juice, barley syrup and egg.
• Pour into the glass and add the scoop of ice cream.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve decorated with a candied cherry and a piece of pineapple.
