PIÑA VERDE

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 5 cl. Green Chartreuse
• 5 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 2 cl. Lime juice

• 1.5 Oz Green Chartreuse
• 1.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 Oz Lime juice

Cocktail directions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
• Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.

Cocktail service

Add more crushed ice, if necessary, to create a slight mound in the glass.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.

Bartender's tips

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
