PICON BEER
Picon is a bitter of Marseille origin which is very successful in the north of France and Belgium. It is often mixed with beer, the orange zest subtly enhancing the beer's flavors.
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 1.5 Oz Sirop de Picon
- 7 Oz Beer
Cocktail directions
- In a beer glass or a ?tumbler? type glass, pour the picon.
- Then, very slowly, pour the beer, tilting the glass to avoid creating too much foam.
- Raise the glass at the end, just to get a little foam on top.
- Serve in a tumbler glass.

Served in a Collins glass.
