Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Angostura bitters
• 1 cl. Blackberry Cream
• 2 cl. Passion Fruit Syrup
• Champagne

• 0.5 Oz Angostura bitters
• 0.5 Oz Blackberry Cream
• 0.5 Oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• Champagne

Cocktail directions

• Mix the blackberry cream, passion fruit syrup and angostura in the shaker.
• Pour the alcohol mixture into the flute.
• Then top with well-chilled champagne.

Cocktail service

In the shaker then in the flute.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a spiral of yellow (or green) lemon on the edge of the flute.
