Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 8 cl. Mango Juice
• 4 cl. Lime juice
• 2 cl. Ginger Syrup
• 3 cl. Old Rum

• 2.5 Oz Mango Juice
• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 0.5 Oz Ginger Syrup
• 1 Oz Old Rum

Cocktail directions

• In a shaker, combine the mango juice, lime juice and ginger syrup.
• Add the old rum and the amber Shaker rum then pour into a punch glass

Cocktail service

Add ice cubes as desired...

Served in a punch glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a quarter of a pineapple slice.
