LE COCHON ÉPICÉ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 6 cl. Gin
• 12 cl. Tomato juice
• 1 cl. Mapple Syrup
• 0,5 cl. Sirop de Picon
• 1 cl. Chili Pepper

• 2 Oz Gin
• 4 Oz Tomato juice
• 0.5 Oz Mapple Syrup
• 0.2 Oz Sirop de Picon
• 0.5 Oz Chili Pepper

Cocktail directions

• Frost half of the glass with forest salt beforehand.
• Place all ingredients and 60 ml (2 oz) of Bacon Fat Infused Gin in a cocktail mixer.
• Press the black garlic using a pestle.
• Shake everything vigorously with ice.
• Filter the liquid using a strainer and sieve into a glass filled with ice.
• Decorate the cocktail with the slice of bacon.

Cocktail service

Serve with a Tumbler glass, slice of Bacon and bunch of dill
