Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 1 cl. Strawberry Liquor
• 5 cl. White wine
• 5 cl. Lemonade

• 0.5 Oz Strawberry Liquor
• 1.5 Oz White wine
• 1.5 Oz Lemonade

Cocktail directions

• Place the strawberry puree at the bottom of the glass then the liqueur gently to mix them as little as possible (you can use a spoon to help you).
• Add the white wine slowly with a spoon then finish with the lemonade, still using the spoon.

Cocktail service

Serve in a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the glass with a slice of lemon and mint leaves. Always accompanied by two straws!
