KIWI CREAM
Ingredients
For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in centiliters (cl)- 3.5 Oz Fresh Cream
- 1 Oz Mango Syrup
- 2 Kiwis
- 3.5 Oz Milk
Cocktail directions
- Peel the kiwis, put them with all the ingredients in the blender, add 2 tablespoons of crushed ice, blend and serve in the glass.
Cocktail service
With a bender.
Served in a wine glass.
Bartender's tips
Decorate with kiwi slices, candied cherries and a blowtorch.
