Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lemon Juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 4 cl. Gin
• Soda

• 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
• 1.5 Oz Gin
• Soda

Cocktail directions

• Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice and stir with the mixing spoon.
• Top up with soda.
• All brandies can be used as base alcohol for COLLINS.

Cocktail service

With a mixing glass.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and a sprinkled cherry.
