HAVANA BANANA FIZZ

Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. French Agricole Rum
• 6 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 4 cl. Lime juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1/3 Banana
• Lemonade

• 1.5 Oz French Agricole Rum
• 2 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 1.5 Oz Lime juice
• 2 Dashes of Angostura
• 1/3 Banana
• Lemonade

Cocktail directions

• Blend all the ingredients (except the lemonade) until smooth.
• Then strain into the glass, then top with the lemonade.

Cocktail service

With a bender.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Serve with a slice of lime.
