Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 3 cl. Gin
• 2 cl. Blackcurrant Cream
• 2 cl. Pineapple Juice
• 1 Dash of Passion Fruit Juice
• 8 cl. Orange juice
• 1/2 Orange Slice
• 1 Pineapple Slice
• 1 Cherry

• 1 Oz Gin
• 0.5 Oz Blackcurrant Cream
• 0.5 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 Dash of Passion Fruit Juice
• 2.5 Oz Orange juice
• 1/2 Orange Slice
• 1 Pineapple Slice
• 1 Cherry

Cocktail directions

• Mix all the ingredients except the orange juice in a shaker with ice cubes.
• Shake and strain into a large tumbler with ice cubes.
• Complete with orange juice.

Cocktail service

With a shaker.

Served in a Collins glass.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a fruit skewer placed around the edges of the glass.
