• 3 cl. Lemon Juice
• 3 cl. Blackcurrant Cream
• 6 cl. Gin
• Sirop de Picon

• 1 Oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Oz Blackcurrant Cream
• 2 Oz Gin
• Sirop de Picon

Cocktail directions

• Prepare in a shaker with ice.

Cocktail service

Serve in a bowl with ice cubes, a small slice of carrot, a slice of lemon and a piece of orange peel.

Served in a champagne glass.
