Ingredients

For 1 cocktail : Show liquids in ounces (oz) Show liquids in centiliters (cl)

• 4 cl. Lemon Juice
• 8 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 4 cl. Orange juice
• 4 cl. Sugar Cane Syrup

• 1.5 Oz Lemon Juice
• 2.5 Oz Grapefruit juice
• 1.5 Oz Orange juice
• 1.5 Oz Sugar Cane Syrup

Cocktail directions

• Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
• Add all the ingredients.
• Shake vigorously.
• Pour into a glass (with ice).
• Fill with sparkling water.

Cocktail service

Serve in a classic cocktail glass with a straw.

Bartender's tips

Decorate with a slice of orange or a mint leaf.
